For the one-shot in our campaign, the actions of the Barons will come from some of the things the PCs have been doing. Should we run it the final decisions of the Barons will rest with the regular players, and if not the actions of the Barons will take affect and the PCs will learn about what happened from a third party. The adventure would finish that night, and it would be best to get started at 6:00 instead of 6:30 to make sure we have enough time for the complete story.
