Not exactly. The one from MotW has a MPM of +3, the OA version has +2. I don't know if one entry or the other has been errata'ed. And it does only work with wild shape.

LOL Anyways, like I said, the cost of the shapeshifting ability on the Shapeshifter's Armor in the ELH is 40,000gp. Do you guys and gals think that's a fair cost? Looks good to me.

I agree. I think adding abilties to armor and weapons at a flat cost goes against the system.

Yes. The 40.000 are just rediculous if you want to add it to a +1 armor, but with a +6 armor it's hardly noticed.
