Hi.
I'm new to DnD but not to gaming. I've joined in roleplaying games online from MMOs to forum posting and online chat-type games. I recently bought the DnD 4th edition Player's Handbook and have devoured it, but I've come across a unique problem:
I have no car, I use a bike and public transportation to get around, so I'm limited to a roughly 4-mile radius around my home, meaning I'm pretty well trapped in Costa Mesa. However, according to most of the websites I've been on, every hobby store that at one point supported DnD games has either gone out of business or stopped hosting games...
I was wondering if anyone out there could point me either to a store that isn't found online here in Costa Mesa that supports games or a group of people willing to put up with a new player who wants to get into DnD. I'm in my early 20s, easy to get along with and willing to learn. If you don't feel comfortable posting info here on the site, feel free to PM or Email me.
