It is possible, and works the same way as with acane spells.

Just to expand on CR's correct answer.
I you read the counterspelling description (PHB, p. 152) you notice that it at no point mentions the type of spells (arcane or divine) can be counterspelled, that means it is possible to counterspell divine spells with arcane spells and vice versa.
