Level Up (A5E) couple of questions

Loving level up so far but I do have a couple questions i couldn't find the answer too while browsing the book.

1) Is there some kind of formula for spellcasting services? All I have seen is the table on spellcasting services, but what if the party wants an npc to cast a different spell not on the table?

2) is there a way to generate random loot for magic shops? haven't seen a way in trials or core book yet.

You could do it similarly to how you would prepare a monster's hoard (removing any gold/gems/etc, only rolling for magic items—or maybe use the gold amount as how much the store can afford to spend buying items from the adventurers).
Otherwise the standard stuff carried by many magic item shops is on page 349.

The book doesn’t have a formula for spellcasting services in it, no. We list a number of common spells with their prices.

I’d have to look closer, but I’d compare the spell and it’s components to another 5th level spell and set the price based on that
