Covert Ops Feats (Louis Porter Jr. Design)

Really?!?!?! It is amazing that you know about why I was taken off, even though you were not involved in ANYTHING that went on. And since I know you did such important research of hearing BOTH sides of what went on, plus knowing when went on BEHIND the scenes that were not in the "public eye". I am sure you did all that research before speaking out on something that you know NOTHING about. Do yourself a favor, actually know what the hell you are talking about before opening you mouth and making a lot of assumptions.

I looked at the list of feats...there's some I recognize from various Chuck Rice "Blood" products and some from Ultramodern Firearms d20. Still don't know how many, if any, are original.

There are a lot of feats there that I don't recognize. That's a good sign.

Also, folks, it's very bad form to get into this kind of bickering. I'm no mod, but honestly; if you have personal beefs, take them to e-mail.

I second the motion... We all love the game. Let it just be fun.

I never claimed to know all the pertinent details, but I do know more than enough that I won't be supporting you by means of purchasing your products ever again, due to both products themselves and your past business practices.

If others wish to buy your products, so be it, and what I say won't stop them.

I really feel I have to say this in all fairness: While some of Louis's practices may be questionable, and some I may personally find objectionable, I don't want anyone who stumbles on this thread to think that Louis is just repackaging other people's OGC in his products. You just have to pick up a copy of the Little Black Drug Book or Haven: City of Violence for d20 Modern to see his very useful, very playable and very original contributions to d20 Modern.

Chuck Rice worked on Haven (d20 Modern Edition), and Chuck, of course, does consistently great stuff. I've been saying for some time that either Chuck "Vigilance" Rice or Corey "Barsoomcore" Reid should take a crack at an espionage supplement for d20 Modern.

Now, put together a nice Polyhedron-style espionage minigame with some new advanced classes and feats (including reprinted OGC where appropriate)...with some pregen characters and a sample adventure, and I'd be all over that.

Now that I'm working with Rpgobjects, I'm hoping to get with Charles Rice to do an espionage supplement. He's an amazing writer and it would be alot of fun to collaborate with him on something like this.
