CR adjustment questions

Ok, I was goofing around, making necormancer builds with feats form Libris Mortis . Does anybody have a good CR adjustment table for undead affected by those feats.

Some of the feats have a fairly easy extrapolated effect on CR...(like deadly chill adding about 1/2 to the CR) , but some of the feats ( corpse crafter) have me scratching my head on potential CR effects.

Or should the CRs not be modded, as the undead CR will be accounted for in the Necromancers CR.

CR adjustments are pretty much the biggest WAG since a happy dog.

Having said that, most of the base CRs published in the MMs have had playtest feedback incorporated, and are therefor at least in the rough ballpark.

Feats aren't generally incorporated into CR, nor are spells, but considered part of the nature of the creature.
