I think, in normal circumstances, you'd multiply that number by three or four.

Well to be fair, I can post on ENWorld while I'm doing online assignments like waiting for the 32-bit CPU I'm building to test all the thousands of possible inputs...so time I spend here is often time I'm spending doing something I need to do. The side-effect is that the work tends to take maybe an extra half hour if I do that though.
