Reynolds sharing salary information. No, there isn't really better pay out there in the field, and at least WotC has benefits as well.

That's just how licensing works, they have approval. BY the same logic then Disney is doing Star Wars. If you're being paid for something you didn't hire them, they asked permission and as a condition you told them they have to go through an approval process.Hasbro has effectively hired a shop to do it. A liaison and person to handle story coordination might well be called for.
