I think the Gargoyle from Mike's stat cards has (Constructed) as a subtype. (Medium somethingsomething Humanoid (Constructed)).

Pretty sure it's medium elemental humanoid (earth).

The origins look pretty much complete. I suspect that there will be a type for oozes. Beholders and the like might be aberrant magical beasts, though I'd prefer a separate type for such strange creatures (and slightly off-topic, a different, one-word, name for magical beasts).

Scouring the Desert of Desolation skirmish card pdf, the following might or might not be types (keeping in mind that DDM and 4E do follow somewhat different rules).

Vermin - might still be a type, or might be a subtype like undead and construct, which are listed like types in DDM

Planar? - astral stalker - no idea where that comes in.
