I emailed mine, but here y'go; I remember this sucker from a 2e Dungeon adventure, but let's make it even Nastier.
Found in the Elemental plane of Water, or Air, and the Frozen Wastes of the Abyss, these Daemons are the infusion of Evil into the frigid powers of Cold. Bodies formed of enormous plates resembling armor, which is, infact frozen ice to the point of blackness. Between the cracks and creases blaze azure energy and light, especially through the hollow of eyes and large, fanged maw. Standing quite tall, with powerful arms leading down into wickedly barbed and bladed fingers of chilled ice.
Delighting in watching those that they come across freeze, or die through other means at the Daemon's disposal, they take to slaughter like a cat on mouse. Not only are their claws and bite of use, but the very Air around them does cold damage. Touch attacks that drain Dexterity (or Strenght), as well as a Breath Weapon.
Option: Either they are (surprisingly!) immune to Fire, Or, although they have the Cold subtype, if Delt enough fire damage to kill them, they Explode in an effect like a Cold Subbed Fireball.
