First, I propose a "working name" system. Once the first poll is done, how about if the author of the winning entry give us a working name, so we can stop calling in Monster #3?

Now onto my flaming gasbag:

Radially symmetrical and bouyed by hot gases, you never know when a scale will lift up from the body to reveal an eye, or a claw, or a fin. At home in the air or water, the flaming gasbag leaves a trail of toxic fumes, which it can ignite for a greater burst of speed.

I was about to get all mad about that stupid repeat joke when I realized you probably don't know my name is Pete.

I considered holding off and letting the little people choose this one, but then I thought, "why deprive them of my genius?"

ok, looks like we've got what we've got. 8 it is, and really that's just fine. we've got some "regulars" and you all support this, so here we go. if i get time, i will set it up before i leave work. otherwise, in the next couple of days. and best of all, i've barely got any editing to do on them (cuz ya kept it breif this time!)
