Creatures I submitted for Tome of Horrors II

Well, for one thing, I even stated in the text that it was hard to the touch, but oozes traditionally have no natural armor. I heard some rumor somewhere that oozes can have natural armor now – is there any truth to that?
You heard it propably from me, considering I've been preaching that for a bit now. :D
Check out the Ooze Subtype description in the Sovelior/Sage SRD.

Of course, oozes also lose their bonus hp from 3.0, and it seems like most of them got a Con bump to make up for that.
Yep, most got an increase to their Con.

AC: 3 (-2 size, -5 Dex), touch 3, flat-footed 3
As said above, natural armor is now allowable. I'd say +10ish is a good value.

Base Attack/Grapple: +7/grap
Grapple I think is +19.

Attack: 2 slams +11 melee
Full Attack: Slam 2d6+4 and 2d6 cold
I think you missed the size penalty here...
Attack: Slam +9 melee (2d6+4 and 2d6 cold)
Full Attack: 2 slams +9 melee (2d6+4 and 2d6 cold)

The range of blindsight is usually given in the Special Qualities line.
I'd say bump up Con by 2, maybe 4.

Cold Subtype: ...
Change to current definition of cold subtype. On a side note, the cold subtype is no longer part of the Special Qualities line, instead it is written as "immunity to fire, vulnerability to cold."

BOZ,

I'd recommend a higher Spot DC for the camouflage, or better yet, giving them a +X bonus to Hide checks when in the proper environments. I actually used one of these against my party back when you first posted 'em (woo hoo, you've got a playtester), and the party had no difficulty making the DC 15 check and just kept their distance and easily dispatched it.

At 12th level, its almost a guarantee that someone in the party has a Spot check modifier of +15, which makes for an automatic success.
