As for another feat - how about Dragon Song? It seems vaguely appropriate (Dcn p.105.) Your bardic music is at +2 DC and you get a +2 on verbal perform checks. It requires Cha 13, Know (arcana): 4 ranks, Perform: 6 ranks, and Speak Language (Draconic.)

Actualy that COULD be perfect. She's a paladin of Bahamut (mostly to bounce off and probably conflict with the PC noble-born cleric of the same...). There's that arcana requirement, but maybe if I fudge it to be Religion given that it's a dragon deity... Disbarring that I could sink more racial skill points into arcana...

Maybe. Like I said, she's an NPC and tumbling's not really her style.

It's good to see that you have Devoted Performer, as that takes care of multiclassing issues on both sides. Why Stealthy?

Yes, thats what RAW says. Although I find it utterly stupid that Rogue 1 is crap if it has racial HD. Like why lizardman can be decent rogue?? Without lotsa more levels than others???

Id rule anyday that you get difference of skillpoints as starter (ie racial hd give 2, rogue 8 => youd get 6*4=24).
