Looks pretty good, the only thing I'd say is your perception, thus trap detection is ... well a bit crap, I was wondering whether switching your stats around might be the answer.

Disregard the following I have just realised you have been playing this guy for a while, your states are not mutable...
Ok, aside from the weak trapfinding you are fine, and short of suddenly aquiring a background, or sticking a precious feat into skill focus, there ain't a lot to be done... though retraining linguist is a possibility (how one might fluff such a change I have no idea btw)

As far as I can see you have no real int requirement and very little str so perhaps
Str 10, Con 11, Dex 16, Int 8, Wis 13, Cha 16.
Str 8, Con 11, Dex 16, Int 10, Wis 13, Cha 16.

for a net gain of +2 on perception, then you might still need to skill focus it to be effective...
or
Str 8, Con 12, Dex 16, Int 10, Wis 14, Cha 15.
Str 10, Con 12, Dex 16, Int 8, Wis 14, Cha 15.

Giving you final stats of

Str 10, Con 12, Dex 19, Int 8, Wis 14, Cha 16.
Str 8, Con 12, Dex 19, Int 10, Wis 14, Cha 16.

If I die and become a revenant, Linguist is the first thing to go. I've learned Draconic, pidgin Supernal (I already knew goblin from my background) and have yet to choose a 3rd language, and haven't used any of them yet.

I plan on going paragon multiclass into warlock, and choose Dark Wanderer as my Epic Destiny.

When I reach 8th level, I'm retraining Fleeting Ghost into Ethereal Stride.

Well, is there any reason why you can't re-train it now? You've got a few levels worth of retraining to play with!

EDIT: Yes, as long as you're using the short sword as your Implement, you can sneak attack with it.

I'm giving the DM the benefit of the doubt with the Linguist thing. But I either get lots of mileage out of it, or I'll stop remembering things and retrain it away... :)

I'm pretty certain you can sneak attack with a light blade implement. You could also use other feats like the +1 to hit with light blades and combat advantage one. I also suggest that one feat that gives you combat advantage with ranged attacks against foes flanked by your allies when you get a feat opening.

Yeah, my main gripe is my lack of feats. I seem to be taken until Paragon tier (aiming for the Adept and Acolyte Power at 8th and 10th, so I can Paragon multi at 11th)
