Agreed with everything else said here; the crusader is an awesome tank. And the random nature of maneuvers actually makes it pretty fun.
There are a couple of questionable maneuvers, though; the 4th level one granting +8d8 damage is almost certainly in error. (Note that there's the "improved" version of that maneuver does less damage unless burn a con point, and that the descriptive text describes the maneuver draining you of energy when it does no such thing.)
