Crushing Foot - Brawling Fighter

Hey, first post on here so be gentle kthx.

My question is regarding the fighter daily, Crushing Foot. In the description is states that an enemy that was grabbed by you at the start of it's turn can't move. Since the effect of the ability is to knock a target prone, does that mean that "they cannot move" includes standing up?

'Move' means "entering another square". This power doesn't stop them from standing up.
