It does not (that was one of the first things I checked too).

The spell is control temperature from Frostburn (p. 92). It lists the area as, "20 cu. ft./level emanation, centered on you." There's nothing in the Frostburn errata.

I'm thinking it's gotta be a typo and should read, "20 ft. radius/level emanation..."

I would agree with you there.... Otherwise an emanation would only affect your own square at 10th level!

Not even remotely close to control weather, though. Especially for a druid.
