They actually adhere to the blink mammoth, due to a strange combination of water off a duck's back and the bunny's ability to rapidly reproduce. :p

Why, they adhere to the ethereal essense of the blink wolly. After all, nothing is more powerful than the adherence of a duckbunny on a blink wolly mammoth. Not even a universal solvent will help.
 



Wouldn't a blink steel wooly mammoth be pretty scratchy for someone to ride? Even a turduckenbunny?

So I'm glad to do a 3.5 update of BOZ's dracohydra here, too, so it can go in the CC if you all want. Meanwhile, I'll put the others on my own web page.

Thoughts on the mantidrake:
  • This almost looks like a half-dragon manticore, advanced to gargantuan size, except for the hit dice being small. Comments as to whether this would be better as a huge monster with 6-8 HD or gargantuan with 12HD?
  • Not sure about including the yellow and brown varieties, since they're not core dragons. Especially the brown, since it's not OGC.
  • Damage on the natural attacks seems quite low. That'll get bumped up based on size.
  • Not sure what to do with the intelligence, since they're listed as not quite as smart as half-dragon manticores. Maybe the magic that increased the size and potency of the breath weapon made the intelligence not take?
I'll put up a tentative statblock soon.
 

the dracohydra was probably the last (more or less) true dragon i ever worked on. ;) you guys are welcome to work on it as you please, as i've sworn off the things. :D
