As for stuff not yet released, I'm looking forward to d20 Modern and Tome of Horrors and am curious to take a look at BoVD.

Good question, man. On to the dreaming...

1. BotR
Ever since Green Ronin started talking about this, I wanted it *now*. It seems like a perfect place to gather inspiration and Green Ronin seems to have kept up their consistent quality even with this 320 page bugger.

2. d20 Odessey: Book of War
I know, I know. Probably a weird choice, but our games always degenerate into big-scale wars and ruling ... well, maybe not kingdoms, but at the very least small patches of land (glamorous, I know). And the preview cover they posted about a year ago (and promptly took down again) was enough to get my interest spiked. I like off choices, always have, always will. Then again, I kept waiting for a working GUS Windows 95 driver, so I have been know to wait too long :)

3. MM2
Yeah, more buggers = goodness. 'Nuff said.

4. New WotC setting (he, he)
As long as we're dreaming, I might as well include this one. I am *really* looking forward to see what WotC are gonna do with this one. I for one have always thought Greyhawk too, he he, gray, and FR too friggin "Here comes yet another 30th level fighter and saves the day". I am hoping they'll strike a balance between the two with this one.

5. BoVD
Gotta see what all the fuzz is about. Being raised in a country that shows porn on public tv and sells beer to 5-year olds in stores, I am probably a bit more padded than most, but hey; beneath all those walls of maggots, I'm sure there actually is a well thought out book. Monte never let me down and I'm sure he won't now.

Regards
Toft

In no particular order...

1. Book of Vile Darkness
2. Traveller T20
3. d20 Modern
4. Quintessential Witch
5. Any decent mass combat rules. I mean, a real set of rules to handle battles, not the crappy rules that came in AEG's War or Quintessential Fighter.

All,

My picks...

1) BoVD I've seen the pre-press - it gorgeous. Monte has done his usual sterling work on the rules.

2) d20 Modern. Also a great looking book and will be supported by a wide variety of cool products from a wide variety of companies.

3) d20 Delta Green - I'm a Cthulhu goob and Tynes/Detwieller/Glancey have the best grasp of the Mythos I have ever encountered.

4) At least one of the Cyberpunk books that is coming out to support d20 Modern. Don't know which yet.

5) Anything else by Privateer Press - Monsternomicon is outstanding (I was looking it over last night). If you don't have it I can't recommend it enough.

Here's my list:

1) Mutants & Masterminds
2) Fiend Folio (I wrote part of it and have read most of the book)
3) A book about Ptolus by Monte Cook
4) d20 Modern
5) Book of Vile Darkness
