Levin rushes toward the zombies quickly (OOC:d20+3=21) and swings as his sword flares with purple energy (OOC: d20+3=12.


OOC: If that hit 1d8+3+2d6=10, used focus.

Kamdar also moves quickly and stays behind the front-line guys, attempting to trip some zombies.

OOC:[sblock]I think it's awkward, because it's not clear to me which set of stairs we would have taken or if we'd have taken both sets of stairs at the same time.[/sblock]Reacting too quickly to the sight of the zombies, Boog dropped his staff with a clatter, stepped away from the landing and fired wildly at a zombie, nearly tripping over his own feet in his haste to ascend the stairs and get out of the way of those behind him.

OOC:[sblock]This is also awkward because I don't know how well the landing of the stairs is going to clear out. For example, if ao'Thuir stops on the stairs just before the landing, Keth will be on the stairs near the first floor and Boog will be stuck on the first floor. Boog will follow Keth up to the landing, then perform his usual tactic of stepping out of the way to clear a path for those behind him. He will target first any zombie that is attacking him, then the nearest zombie he has a clear line of sight to, then the nearest zombie of any kind. He will drop his crossbow and draw a dagger if engaged in melee.[/sblock]

I'm OK with it as it is. I'd have preferred you'd have held Erekose13 up just a bit by asking which staircase he was going up and (since the staircases are single file) if we were going to change our marching order or maybe try going up both staircases at once.

As it is, I'm treating it as if Boog just went running along saying, "Hey, wait for me!", and we all ended up going up the stairs in the order you provided, without really thinking about what we were doing too much. It's all good.[/sblock]

ao'Thuir annihilates Z1 with his charging attack, doing 17 damage, destroying him.
Ridik succeeds in turning all three zombies left.
Keth rolls a natural 1! and misses.

Levin moves in and strikes into one of the zombies. Jann invokes the arcanse powers cto create a bolt of force which damages that same zombie.

Kamdar's skill is sufficient to trip the other zombie that was easily accessible. Meanwhile, Boog shoots at a zombie and misses. ao'Thuir charges in and cleaves Kamdar's zombie in two.

Ridik calls upon the power of Rusna and manages to turn the rest of the zombies. Keth then moves in and totally misses the zombie he was attacking.
