Cydra 3.5 PnP Characters

I updated equipment for my character.

I snagged:

ring of sustenance
ring of the darkhidden (from magic of faerun, makes me invisible to darkvision)
added shadow to my armor (just to balance out those hide and move silently checks)
and then created an item using the DMG creation guidelines: headband of no-light, no-light is from book of vile darkness, 0th level wizard, although it's not vile or evil. It creates a 20 ft. radius of magical darkness which overrides all normal light sources. It is countered and counters the 0th level light spell.

hopefully nothing too out of line, i think it would be a good tactic for my character to turn out the lights when he can, that coupled with the ring of the darkhidden makes him a fearsome foe in the dark.

Gear for Big Yin (110,000 gp)

Torc of Resistance +4 (will remain on you while in bear form; takes amulet slot) (16,000 gp)
Vest of Electricity Resistance 10 (18,000 gp)
Greataxe +2 (8,320 gp)
Rhino hide (5,165 gp)
Ring of Big Yin- crafted by a druid acquaintance of yours, this ring allows you to rage 1/day in addition to all your other raging abilities. The ring also gives your natural attacks a +1 enhancement bonus and gives them the Balanced quality- they deal an extra +1d6 points of damage against creatures of extreme alignments (LG, CG, LE, CE). The ring also remains in effect even when you shift into a different form and it is subsumed by that form. Should you shift to an extreme alignment yourself, you will immediately gain two negative levels and find yourself having trouble keeping or using the ring. (58,500 gp)

...plus 4015 gp.

Big Yin is human, yes. Thanks for the equipment, that's just the sort of thing I was after! I'm looking forward to seeing him in action.

A quick note to Ferrix - the shadow enhancement doesn't help with Move Silently checks, only hide.

Can I buy a Ring of Protection +1 (2,000gp) that keeps working in bear form, because my AC is horrible at the moment.

Rest of my money will go on a Horn of Fog! No particular reason, but I figure I might find a use for it at some point. Anyway, a Barbarian with a horn, what's not to like?

Hmm, I have trouble visualizing a ring working for a bear.

However, for twice the price you can get a wild ring of protection +1 that remains in effect when you change form.
