Nomenclature

As it reads you do. You just have to be picky about nomenclature.

As in Practiced in XXXX armor is not an ability, but a statement of fact. Whereas Practiced in Armor is a special ability.

It is still a bad editing, but there is a clear difference in the detail.

Yeah. Practiced in weapons does not change the stats at all, so I guess same with armor
