Question: for converting to healing spells at 6th level, must I memorize heal or can I convert a spell to it? - thanks!

Also, I realized I have this spell available as a cleric, so I didn't need to buy it as a wizard, so I bought Scorching ray in place of it. Also bought Slow.

You cannot spontaneously cast Heal. You can however spontaneously cast the Mass versions of the various Cure Wounds spells as well as metamagicked versions of them.
