Questions about spells...

Now that Toxous has fled his mortal coil and (presumably) taken up residence in his Phylactery, would a Locate Creature with Toxous as the target locate his spirit (in the phylactery) assuming it's within range?

Similarly would (greater) Scrying work?

You can always try. Never having actually fought anything like this before, you can't be sure about much that you might know.
