D&D 5E D&D 5 ed and Undead: are they subject to criticals, flanking and so on...?

Last night my party fought an epic and scay battle against a banshee: it was terrific, mainly because the DM has been great at portraying the tragic and violent story behind the death of the elf maiden and her daughters and the mood of the encounter, and we as a group have been good at mantaining the atmosphere (or the atmos...fear, :D?) even during the combat.
Anyway, some minor questions emerged after the encounter: are banshees, and more in general undead, subject to criticals, sneak attack, and criticals in D&D 5th ed.?
Can Banshees be blinded in 5th ed.?
I would say that yes, they are subject to the forementioned conditions, since no rules i've found say otherwise, and yes, they can be blinded, since they aren't immune to that condition, but... what about the RAW?
Many thanks,

Yes, unless it say otherwise in the creature's stat block, undead are just as susceptible to crits, sneak attacks and whatnot as anything else.

Yep - makes for better gameplay, and it can be explained as cutting tendons, severely damaging the support of limbs, etc. causing the creature to fight less effectively.

Unlike 3e, monster types do not carry any inherent rules baggage in 5e. They are just "hooks" on which to hang other bits of rules.

Yup, if it doesn't say they're immune, they're not.

In some cases this can have weird results. Skeletons, for example, are subject to the frightened condition.
