It makes sense to me that they're waiting until all 3 books are out so they can do it in one shot. I'm sure they want to carefully review it so they don't accidentally include something unintended, after all there won't be any take backs.
It does make sense; I'm just happy whenever they reaffirm their commitment to do it at all, since I am not 100% convinced they will.
We will just send the gentle pinks. They are a ton of fun.It's not like the WotC gestapo is going to bust down your door if you don't start by the deadline.
