D&D Adventures & Artwork!

Joseph Rossow

First Post
Hello,

I'm new to the forums (just registered today), but I've had a D&D website going for about three weeks now. I've been trying to put up adventures I've written and other odds and ends that I like. However, I haven't had any feedback on any of it, and I'd really like to hear what other gamers have to say, both about my site and the adventures I've been writing.

I'm an artist as well, and I'm including some artwork from my website. Please feel free to post comments or criticism here, as I'm very eager to hear *something* from *someone* about all this stuff I've been working on.

Thanks for reading.

Looks like interesting stuff! You should post around here more often. ;)

I'd like the map if it featured a 5' or 10' grid
My impression, from looking a bit at the adventures, is that that's just a general cavern map. Gridded rooms, sizes, and distances are rarely if ever given. You design rooms and layouts to your own taste, and fitting to your own party.

I'd think those 'rooms' that denote sections aren't even just solitary rooms. A lot of freedom has been given the GM, and the adventures are skeletons of stories which you detail yourself.

Interesting format, I think. I may consider running the Devlin Caves to try it out, bumping up the difficulties a bit.

I love all this stuff. I'm guessing this is going to get moved to the art board at some point, though. ;)
Maybe, though this is more than art. It's more of a website plug.

Given her facial expression and, umm... endowments, I have to wonder if the skeleton is attacking an adventurer or a blowup doll.

Otherwise, pretty cool stuff. I particularly like the side-view cutaways of the lady luck and the lost ship in the pirate adventure. I didn't really look at the adventure itself much, but one thing I did notice is that the stats for the pirate skeletons don't have damage reduction. Doesn't look like you're using the official skeletons, but thought I'd point it out anyways.
