D&D and RPG Play

I prefer lighter games like D6 and Castles and Crusades, but I keep D&D around because I'm more likely to find people to play with.

Of course, I haven't been in a real face-to-face group in a couple of years, so I'm not playing much of anything these days.

I run a bi-weekly D&D 3.5 game, but its not my favorite. I love Savage Worlds, WHFRP2, and True 20, but those can be a harder sell sometimes. I run WHFRP2 once a month, Savage Worlds about once a month, and haven't had the opportunity to run True 20 Fading Suns yet, but I'm dying to.

I play OD&D and 3.5 D&D, but also C&C and will try and get some games of CoC, RQ2 and Paranoia in too.

I like to play fantasy mostly with other genres being something that I like to play on occasion. I have a very large collection of RPGs but D&D in its many incarnations is the one I find myself drawn to the most. I do like others and like to play them but D&D is the most comfortable and enjoyable for me.

D&D 3.5 is by far my favorite, but I'm not averse to playing or even DMing some other system once in a while (M&M is good).

I was surprised to find myself about to vote "I play other RPGs and D&D is my favorite".

D&D has become my favorite! There was a time when I didn't think that would ever happen.

But since my current favorite is classic D&D, I voted "I play other RPGs but D&D is not my favorite".

I play other RPG's and D&D is not my favorite. D&D is my favorite *fantasy* RPG, but my overall favorite is Mutants and Masterminds 2
