D&D General D&D Beyond and page numbers.

darjr

I crit!
It is frustrating that DNDBEYOND doesn't have page numbers. I wanted to find the steel dragons place in the Waterdeep book but searching gives me only stat blocks and no link into the book. However the stat block DOES have a page number! But I can't use that to find it in the book because DNDBeyond REMOVES them on purpose!

Below is a screen grab of the bottom of the steel dragons stat block.

So I'm reduced to hunting and pecking around in links in the book or going to my print book, finding the page, then going to the section in the DNDBeyond version cause now I know where it is.

UGH!

I know Paizo used to (maybe still does?) tell 3PPs not to put page number references in books because page numbers can change with subsequent printings where errata has been applied or content added or removed. I wonder if it's the same thing?
