Those would be nice features... but, are they "game changing?"

My first thought was VTT. My second thought was a deal with DMSGuild. Pretty sure it isn’t the latter.

I’d be happy with either of those things.

Maybe they’ll be creating and selling some original adventures.

Being able to add spell / monster power effects to your character sheet would be nice ... especially since WotC chose not to make “slowed” a condition.

Seriously, the app sucks. I won't use it. I'll only use the browser version, even on my phone

Not if you want to look at your character, or Homebrew items, etc. You only have the books, and navigation is sorely lacking in user friendliness.

I use the app to read source material while at work on an iPad... just don't tell my boss.

This has piqued my interest because I have been a subscriber of DnD Beyond for over a year, and this is the first time I remember them sending a pre-announcement like this. I really like the site, but there are a lot of possibilities for extending the feature set.
