I’ll be excited to play a Changeling. Never got around to it prior. I’ve had this idea for a Changeling Bard that’s a stage actor ever since seeing the movie Stage Beauty.

I like Divergent Persona, but it feels like the character should be able to know more than one of them. Since it mimics Expertise, perhaps if I played a changeling rogue I'd build a persona for each of my Expertise skills.

Or maybe just allow the changeling to develop a persona for each tool proficiency they have, but once they shift into one particular persona they can't take on a different one until they finish a short rest.

Perhaps a feat that can be taken multiple times, one for each persona
