Have they ever done a year without a big campaign adventure?
Each September from 2014 to 2021 and 2023 (Spelljammer did have a big Adventure component, but took the slot and the big storyline were released in Spring and December, Call of the Netherdeep and Dragonlance), but this year the big campaign was in late Sping and September was the PHB. The 2023 big campaign was a bit odd, being a reprint and expansion of the 20q4 Starter Set Adventure, Lost Mines of Phandelver.

Given how they talked up the Keep on the Borderland remake in the Starter Set being a three-booklet Adventure (a different module for the Keep, the Wilderness, and the Caves of Chaos), and the release slot, it seems that the "Big Adventure" for 2025 is the Keep on the Borderlands expanded and put in a box (bonus prediction: Venger is the BBEG beyond the Caves of Chaos). I also reckon the Forgotten Realms DM book will have a Campaign included, probably Red Wizard based.

Well, 2022 might be depending on how you classify them. They did Radiant Citadel (anthology), Spelljammer (box set/adventure/setting) and Dragonlance (adventure/setting). I guess Dragonlance would be that, but it's not set on Faerun like the prior ones were, so some people might not count it.
2022 was an oddball year, there was also Call of the Netherdeel early on.
