As the Dungeon Master I like to sit on the long side of the table. I'm sure this table is configurable for such a thing.

That's interesting, and I've been considering that change myself. I can reach more that way!

Player trays not tall enough for a D&D character sheet. So many of these tables by different makers all share a similar design. I don't see enough innovation on actually reaching the map and figures, and actually having room to have a character sheet, a spell list and a player's handbook open.

Sure, if you want to wait 50 years for a walnut, oak, or maple tree to grow large enough to make one of those tables.
