I'm leaving that question intentionaly unanswered so that anyone can use their own method for the two to fight, like you did.

This contest doesn't have to be a straight up fist fight.

Drizzt has been killed before; Angel has not.

Drizzt has at most 4 magic items (2 weapons, armor, and those boots of speed) + Figurine that summons that panther.

Angel has like 100's of magic items in his home (seriouisly, he has a lot of magic weapons).
Fact: most of weapons he displays in his home are magic. He even once had a ring giving him immunity to sunlight.

Angel is destined to survive till the apocolypse: Drizzt has died before so we know he isn't.

Angel has become less Sulky/emo during last seasons.
Drizzt has no chance.
