D&D Insider question;

Is there a forum hosted by WOTC for Insiders only? I ask because it would be nice to talk to people about specific feats and classes and whatnot without the fear of being reprimanded by WOTC Legal.

Not to discredit this forum in any way, of course. It's a great resource and I've learned a lot since joining.

Go to the Character Optimization boards over at WotC. It's not "Insider Only" per se, but it's where feats and classes get torn apart and put back together. The folks over there can and will tell you everything you could ever want to know.

Your concerns are entirely illusory. You are allowed to discuss specific feats and classes and whatnot with anyone you like without fear of reprimand, here or anywhere else.

Seriously, can you point to an instance where someone has been reprimanded for discussing a feat, class, etc. The only "house rule" is not to cut and paste huge swaths of material from the books, but (a) you could still, e.g., post a feat's wording to get people's interpretation, and (b) the big cut-and-paste would be frowned upon on a DDI-online forum just as much.
