D&D Insider! UP ! (merged)

I am also liking what I see in the Table of Contents.... this new-fangled online Dragon might be for me yet, I reckon.

They also have some neat stuff for Eberron and FR in the Dungeon Table of Contents.

Whoa, dude, did you notice this column?

Campaign Classics: The Hazards of Dark Sun
By Gary Astleford
The deadly hazards of Athas are countless … but these three will get you started.

A MONTHLY campaign classics column. SCHWEEETTT!!!

Does anyone know or have they said when the character generator will be working???
It would be nice to actually have that up and running when peeps books start arriving. My math is not good. Not sure about crunching all those numbers. ;O)

If what is up right now had been up in up in about October to even December 2007, I would have b een far mroe receptive to it. If we had gotten 3-4 months of free use (FULL access use) with all features and such, I would be more receptive.

As it stands now, I will use what is free(apparently the dungeon editor, but i'm not totally sure) but otehrwise I am not interested in it at all. WOTC lsot me about November and any chance of getting me back aroudn the turn of hte year.

Yeah, I was under the impression that the preview period that we had would give you full access to D&D Insider.

As it turns out it did but nothing was actually ready for us to use in that time so all we really got was some free Dungeon adventures and some Dragon magazine articles. While that was nice (who doesn't like free adventures) they still managed to stuff that part up.

We still haven't seen those individual articles compiled into PDF "issues" and you had to download the Dungeon adventures before you could find out what level the adventure was!

That really wasn't the type of start the WotC would have been after. I know that a lot of the Wotc staff would have been busy over this period, trying to get the 4E books finished, but some of the mistakes could have been easily avoided or fixed.

Well this is incredibly troubling...

System Requirements:

Intel P4 2.6 GHz or AMD XP 2400+

I have an AMD 1700... :(

Apparently even though I can PVP in WoW and City of Heroes/Villains and play LotRO..

...I can't use DDI.

*twitch*

I'm going to be fairly saddened if I gathered up more than fifty players but have to wait until I can buy a new computer to use this.
