Wow... the "cover art" for the new issues is... gorgeous!

Man... I'm hype... The site itself looks a little more crisp too. Or is that just me?

Are you interested? Do you think it will succeed?
Interested. Yes. Particularly interested in the online Dragon & Dungeon and the Rules Database. I will probably my groups go-to-guy for getting the online adventures and stuff like that...

Whether it will succeed?
I hope so, but I am not convinced yet. If it works as advertised, it should be successful. If it's buggy or has bad usability, it will fail, unless the issues will be fixed soon.

In general, yes, I'm interested. Interested in anything which helps with game preparation and managing.

As we meet at the table, the virtual game table and character visualizer are of no use for me.

I don't judge the D&D compendium - probably the promised rules database - not as tremendously valuable, but this might change.

Character builder and dungeon builder would be welcome offerings.

Dungeon and Dragon were always nice to have - on paper. I abhor the idea to get 160 pages per months to read on screen. Even if the contents is worth it, it's not digestable.

So are character sheets and a tool to generate floorplans worht 10$ per month, when you play two times per months? I don't believe so...

I'm really hoping those are recommended stats for the computer.
2.6 seems steep. But then again they are going to be doing Real Time Lighting from Multiple Sources.

NOW. I WANT IT NOW!

Where have you seen the thing about buying virtual minis cause i strongly believe it was said a little while ago that the minis was included.

I can't think of a single reasoning to make people pay for virtual minis on top of a subscription

Aparrently you get the character minis for free with your sub, and a bunch of standard minis for free with the sub, but there will be "rare" minis you have to pay for.

Mind you, you can just use generic "tokens" to represent whatever you want for free, but if it HAS to look like a beholder, then you are gonna have to pay more.

Not happy about it either.

Interested?

Yes, but I'm probably not gonna get it. I don't think my computer will handle it and with things the way they are in the UK at the mo I can't really afford it......*sigh*

Will it succeed?

Yeah, I reckon so - after a few teething problems.
