True, but that's not the definition of a compendium to me. I would think it should have everything...
 


Looking at it again since there is a credited "Compiler", I would think its a bunch of rules meant to supplement the core, not to replace it.

I think a compendium would be a compilation of add-on elements that AREN'T core, a la Spell Compendium.
