I'm guessing Al-Qadim, Maztica, Kara-Tur and Horde are counted as FR?
Mystara gets Hollow World, Thunder Rift & Red Steel/Savage Coast?
Nothing for Council of Wyrms?
Did you count the Chainmail Miniatures game (from around 2K) as part of Greyhawk? What about the hardbound GreyHawk Adventures (I'm guessing that would be an "accessory")?

As an aside, I have an Access database I used to maintain, stopped updating it when 4E came out. Based just on RPG books, I get the following breakout (this does include reprints/compilations):

Al-Qadim [FR] (14 items; 1 campaign; 5 modules; 1 MM; 1 rulebook; 1 box set)
Birthright (31 items; 1 campaign; 5 modules; 4 rulebooks; 21 realmbooks)
BlackMoor (4 items; 1 campaign [non WotC]; 3 modules)
Council of Wyrms (2 items; 1 box set, 1 hardback)
Dark Sun (31 items; 2 campaign; 10 modules; 2 MM; 1 rulebook; 16 sourcebooks)
Diablo (4 items; 1 campaign; 1 module; 1 rulebook; 1 sourcebook)
DragonLance (47 items; 3 campaign; 35 modules; 2 MM; 6 sourcebooks)
Eberron (6 items; 2 campaign; 4 modules [I think I'm missing some of the hardbounds])
Forgotten Realms (125 items; 5 campaign; 51 modules; 3 MM; 3 rulebooks; 1 screen; 62 sourcebooks)
Greyhawk (78 items; 6 campaign; 62 modules; 1 MM; 8 sourcebooks; 1 wargame [GreyHawk Wars])
Historical Reference ["Real World"] (11 items; 9 campaigns; 2 modules)
Hollow World [Mystara] (8 items; 1 campaign; 4 module; 3 sourcebook)
Horde [FR] (4 items; 1 campaign; 3 modules)
Kalimar (12 items; 2 campaign; 9 modules; 1 sourcebook [probably incomplete list])
Karu-Tur [FR] (15 items; 1 campaign; 1 map; 8 modules; 2 MM; 1 rulebook; 1 sourcebook)
Lankhmar (14 items; 1 campaign; 8 modules; 5 sourcebooks)
Maztica [FR] (4 items; 1 campaign; 3 modules)
Mystara (111 items; 5 campaign; 68 modules; 2 MM; 12 rulebooks; 3 screens; 21 sourcebooks [mostly Gazetters])
Netheril [FR] (4 items; 1 campaign; 1 module; 2 sourcebooks)
Planescape (30 items; 4 campaign; 12 modules; 3 MM 4 rulebooks; 7 sourcebooks)
Ravenloft (72 items; 3 campaign; 32 modules; 5 MM; 2 rulebooks; 1 screen; 29 sourcebooks)
Red Death [Ravenloft] (4 items; 2 campaign; 2 sourcebooks)
Red Steel [Mystara] (5 items; 2 campaign; 1 MM; 2 sourcebooks)
Rokugan* [non-Wotc] (10 items; 1 campaign; 3 modules; 1 MM; 5 sourcebooks [likely incomplete)
SAGA 5th Age [Dragonlance] (9 items; 1 campaign; 1 module; 1 MM; 4 rulebooks; 2 sourcebooks)
Spelljammer (21 items; 2 campaign; 7 modules; 2 MM; 2 rulebooks; 1 screen)

* Adding this because the Rokugan campaign world was in the 3E Oriental Adventures

And since someone asked:

Generic (271 items; 1 map; 89 modules; 29 monsters; 82 rulebooks;10 screens; 56 sourcebooks)
[edit: sorry, first time around I included 3pp items]

Anyone want to count Nentir Vale products?

Did include all settings on the same world as part of that setting. Thunder Rift was the exception as its ties to Mystara were tenuous, but if you include them it's another 7 adventures, which keeps it in 2nd place in the gaming-related and 4th place if you include novels.

Where did you get the numbers for the computer games?

There are actually two D&D MMOs, one based off of 3.5 and set in Eberron, the other based of of 4e and set in FR.

When I say based off of an edition, I mean it loosely, they are MMOs after all.
There's a long list of computer games for each setting, it's a bit hard to follow because it includes a lot of compilations or games that were deemed to be in a setting by has no other attachment other than just the name.
