'D&D' with True20 -- thoughts?

Anything else I should keep in mind when using True20 for a 'D&D-ish' campaign?
About the True20 Wealth System instead of gold pieces in a D&Dish True20 game, I got the following idea : use both of them simultaneously! Here is how I would proceed:

1) "Gold Pieces": PCs find gold, jewels, and what not as in traditionnal D&D games. Of course, they are nonetheless limited by the maximum amount of coins they can carry (they can't walk around carrying 45 lb. of gp at all time, in addition to all their other equipment...). Then, to sell jewels you must find an appropriate buyer and bargain, rather than having the DM handwaving it (i.e.: the jewels and other costly items don't automatically turn into a sum of gp at the end of the gaming session).

2) Wealth System: The Wealth System is used only for PCs who belong to organizations and request equipment from it. So, along with its own gold coins, jewels, whatever, a PC has a Wealth Score specifically used to determine if the organization he belongs to, will give him the equipment he has requested from them. (i.e.: "I go to the headquarters of the guild and ask for a sword and a horse" - "Okay, roll the dice for each").
