D&D 3E/3.5 D&D3e Iconic Characters

Apologises if this is in the wrong thread, but I'm running an "Introduction to D&D3e" game on Wednesday at my club and am going to use the demo scenario from the WotC website (Into the Darkness). However, it says that the iconic characters can be found on the character generator demo CD that came with the PHB.

Unfortunately, I've long since lost that CD. Can anyone point me in the right direction to finding these characters somewhere on the 'net (or e-mail them to me).

I'd rather use these characters are they are shown in the examples in the PHB and it'll help the new players get the hang of things.
