The d20 Modern Open Source material is up. However, it is a bear to use - it keeps locking up my computer when I access the pages.

I haven't finished downloading the assorted documents yet, but I'll put up a response when they're done.
If you've got a problem viewing the pages, I suspect that's because they're in rtf (rich text format), which net surfing programs aren't natively supposed to read; they fire up a copy of Word or a similar program inside the browser, which is really weird. Instead it's better to download the files from the index page and open them in wordpad or word on your hard disk.

If you have Windows OS, you should be able to view RTF files via WordPad applet.
If you don't, I think you can download a free Word Viewer program from Microsoft web site. I'm not sure if it has one for Apple OS (or MacOS) but considering that MS also make Word for Macintosh I'm sure they provide a free program.
Otherwise, most well-known word processors can read RTF, like WordPerfect.
