d20 Supplement of Character Quirks, Disadvantages, and Background Options

A week ago, I was browsing through the on-line RPG store, connected to this website, and I came across a supplement that has quirks, disadvantages, and background options for characters.

Today, I can't remember the title of this supplement or who publishes it. I can't even remember if the supplement was a printed product or a PDF. Yet I now find myself wondering about this supplement and intrigued by it. I think I want to purchase it, to see if it will provide worthwhile material for the player characters and NPCs in my campaigns.

Has anyone else come across this supplement, or one like it? If so, please point it out to me.

Hmm... So it's a PDF-only document, eh? I wish there were a few sample pages for me to preview.

Has anyone gotten this supplement? If so, what do you think of it?

BTW: There's another PDF-only supplement that I came across, on that website. It's titled, "Everyone Else". I found this one to be just as intiguing, especially since I'm a DM who likes running low- to mid-level campaigns, with gameworlds that lean more toward "realistic" medieval/Renaissance settings than they do toward high fantasy (yet a DM who still favors using the 3E D&D rules system).

Thankfully, this supplement does have a preview of the first few pages... and that alone convinced me to go ahead and buy it.
