I've made a new version addressing some concerns mentioned. It can be found here:

I've lengthened the character class line to allow for more classes to be listed, also list their individual class levels with them, that allows the Character level to accept only numbers and be used to calculate the max-skills.
I toyed with methods for saving or exporting the data from the sheet but the software required to enable these features is too expensive for most all but the larger corporations or government departments.
Also I've made the text in some boxes smaller to enable larger numbers ot display without cutting off and I've made the Temporary Abiities show as blank...They will still calculate though...
As always, if there are any problems or comments, don't hesitate to let me know...
