Thanks for pointing that out, but it shows yet more evidence that the book is poorly put together...
The Feat section says that Two-Weapon Fighting just reduces the penalties for each hand by 2.
Yet in the Section on fighting with two weapons (pg 138) it says two weapon fighting reduces the primary hand penalty by 2 and the off-hand by 6 and its having a light weapon in the off hand that reduces both penalties by 2.
That line about standing up from prone is in the rulebook on page 137, but the table on page 135, says standing up from prone does not provoke an attack of opportunity.
I can see Two Weapon Fighting being even more popular since shields are so uncommon in the modern age.
Unlike D&D Two-weapon fighting applies works with both ranged weapons and melee weapons.
