I get emails with people asking questions about the rules in the Psionics Companion all the time. I also see the occassional commentary by somebody who is unhappy with the book, and lists obviously flawed observations as the reason why (case in point: Harness Subconcious is a SKILL, not a FEAT). From the FAQ:

Trade-in feats: You can trade in Shield, Heavy
Armor, Medium Armor, and Martial Weapons.
If you’re going for the “Mobility” package,
that’s three bonus feats right there (I assume
you would keep the Martial Weapons). You
trade in one for Inertial Armor, and you get
two more for free.
The trade in is done in the following order:
heavy armor and shields, medium armor, martial
weapons. At most this provides the PSYCHIC
WARRIOR with three extra Psionic/Combat-oriented
feats. Given that this can only be done if Psychic
Warrior was the character’s first class level, all it
allows is for a different type of psychic warrior to be
played.

But combined with a single level of fighter, and you still end up ahead by three feats, no?

Yes you would. But keep in mind that your FIRST leve would have to be psychic warrior. This prevents you from spending those bonus feats on ALOT of the combat-oriented feats: like Weapon Focus, Weapon Finesse, ect. Why? because you can't meet the +1 BAB requirement!

Basically this allows you to do with PsyWar what people sometimes do with Monk, Ranger, and Rogue: take only one level for the handy abilities/feats then dump the class andnever look back. Or, like several of my players have done, design alternate PsyWars. Unarmed-combat Psywars, fencing Psywars, monk-ish psywars, ect.

Spend the $5 per month to get some decent webhosting from guys like cphosting.com or the ten thousand other web hosting services out there. It'll make your company look much more professional.
