Dagon defeats Tallarn (4 flag speed match) - Ciaran judging

[Ciaran]

"Interesting," says the judge. "Tallarn's move, though mostly inoffensive, shows excellent use of synergy; it is in the nature of the unicorn to prance, it is a holy beast, and it battles with a thrust of its horn. But Dagon combines a cautious style with an exceedingly powerful attack." He ponders for a time, sipping his tea. Finally, he says, "Given the great value of both moves, I must move on to environmental factors. Dagon's poor use of the time of day tips the balance; it is morning, and there are no stars to consider. Point to Tallarn."

"The grasshopper drifts upon the heavens; blocks the quickening of the holy ground!"

Tallarn moves slowly forwards until he is just outside of Dagon's reach, then lunges high with a leaping punch, calling out in a ki shout!

The mantis seeks facing the ravine and tracks close to Pang-Wu Province; protects against the storm of the mountain!


Dagon seeks a weak point in Tallarn's defenses.

The claw dominates the glacier; redirects the speed of the holy ground as it perfectly shields against the motion of the club!

Allowing Dagon to close with him, Tallarn waits for his opponent to strike and then launches a counter-punch!
