Okay, call me stupid, but I never understood why ENworld is called ENworld. I mean, what's this "EN"??

Today, I just realized it means Eric Noah's World ...

Took me 3 years to realize that... Better later than never, but I believed myself smart... hum well... :heh:

Dand! That smarts. I pretty much picked up on that the day I joined as a Registered user. Actually your post raises a question in my mind: How many users pronuonce it 'en world" and how many pronounce it 'E-N world'. Interesting.

can i ask what did you think EN stood for, before you made your Discovery
I had no idea why it would called be so, then I figured it was a sort of slang unknown to me. That is, EN_World stood as "An World" as if to say "A world", but meaning THE World. Ah, forgive my poor English please. :heh:

Maybe he thought it was the French word, en, which means "in" or "in the". So he's been visiting "In the World" for three years. :D

Wow Turanil! First the realization Gary Gygax answers questions here, then what EN stands for... I can't wait until we see what you find tomorrow! ;)
