Today, I just realized it means Eric Noah's World ...

Took me 3 years to realize that... Better later than never, but I believed myself smart... hum well...

I had no idea why it would called be so, then I figured it was a sort of slang unknown to me. That is, EN_World stood as "An World" as if to say "A world", but meaning THE World. Ah, forgive my poor English please.
