Is this the game where one side plays an invading wizard that has hordes of vampires under his control, while the other side plays a group of allied kingdoms... And the players use diplomacy and war to convert the different kingdoms to their side, ultimately trying to take over the world (a continent that appears to lost a series of fights to a gang of meteors)...

I think I have that game packed away somewhere -- it's been a long while since I played it last... but if it IS the game in question, I have the rules.

That's the one. Not only do I want to pull it out and play it again, but from what I remember it was a pretty cool setting, and I was thinking it might have possibilities as an RPG setting.

The BoardGameGeek is the best source of game rules, pretty much, but they don't have it (and I see that the same question was asked there just a week ago, probably by you).

Yeah that was me. BGG is usually a great resource, but I guess DE isn't one of the more well-known games so it doesn't get too much traffic.

I also asked at the Ah board and over at rpgnet. And it looks like someone else just started a discussion about it a couple weeks ago at consimworld.
